ORGANIZATION

 

The organizational structure and division of responsibility is based on the servant-leadership  approach to ministry.  Laity, clergy, and religious work together in implementing and supporting the programs.  The organization is structured on two basic elements:  1) the Sponsoring Church presenting the programs, and 2) the Ministry Central Coordinating Body providing support for sponsorship.

 

SPONSORING CHURCH

The organizational elements within a sponsoring parish or congregation are:

Parish/Congregation Steering Committee has responsibility for the program(s) within their church.  They provide for orderly growth, continuity and stability of the ministry and ensure that the guidelines are followed.  They also interface with the Ministry Central Coordinating Body.

Team Leaders and Co-leaders have responsibility for the program presentation they are assigned.  They work with the parish/congregation steering committee in planning and conducting the program.  

 

 

MINISTRY CENTRAL COORDINATION

Support for sponsorship is provided by the Ministry Central Coordinating Body.  The organizational structure providing this support includes the following elements.

Board of Directors has responsibility for the ministry.  

 
bullet

Regional Advisory Council members have responsibility for program activities within their region/area.  They serve as an advisory group to the Board of Directors.  

 
bullet

Regional Coordinating Group works with the Regional Advisory Council member in a specific region/area.  They help coordinate and support program activities in their area/region.  

 

bullet

Ministry Committees have responsibility for administrative support and special projects.
