COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK

 

 Marriage Enrichment materials are copyrighted and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, Library of Congress.  The exception is materials obtained from sources other than the ministry, such as some audiovisual aids.  Copyright requirements and laws must be followed.  Copies are not to be made of ministry materials without written permission from the Board.  Furthermore, they must not be used, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than for this ministry. 

The ministry logo and other marks are national trademarks that are registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Patent and Trademark Office

The creation, printing, distribution, and control of all ministry materials are the sole responsibility of the Board.
