  NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION

 

The ministry is incorporated as a nonprofit organization under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of New Mexico.  This status helps sustain the ministry and support future growth.  The ministry has tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) public supported organization [status classification 509(a)(2)] under the Federal Internal Revenue Service.  In addition, the ministry materials are copyrighted and the logo and other marks are nationally registered trademarks.
